Mt. Misen MAP

Introducing three routes to enjoy Mt. Misen to the full.

Mt. Misen is a sacred mountain with a wealth of legends and history surrounded by a deep primeval forest which is home to a deer population. There are three mountain trails besides the ropeway that offer opportunities to enjoy the allure of the mountain to your heart's content through nature observation, historic site tours and hiking.

Select a course to suit your preference. Please refrain from climbing after 3 p.m., as it gets very dangerous after sunset. There are no restrooms on the hiking trails.
